Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Each person is only allowed to sign up for and own 1 WHC membership card. This card is non-transferable and its annual fee is non-refundable.
  • Membership at WHC is valid for 1 year from date of application and applicable only at WHC outlet(s) in Singapore only.
  • The signing up and/or renewal of membership constitutes full agreement to the Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) of WHC membership.
  • To maintain your full membership rights/privileges including but not limited to the receipt of the latest promotional offers, product launch or product catalogues etc you must provide WHC with accurate and up-to-date particulars such as your email and mailing address. WHC will not be liable for any loss of benefits due to any delayed, misdirected or lost mail whether in hard or electronic form.
  • In connection with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you agree that NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd and its related or affiliated co-operatives and organisations (hereafter collectively referred to as “Fairprice”, “we”, “us” or “our”) may collect, use, process, disclose, and/or transfer your personal data for the purposes of administering, maintaining and terminating your membership and participation in Warehouse Club and keeping you informed of updates, changes and developments relating to the Club, the scope of which may include but is not limited to:

    (a) administering and maintaining your account with us, including administering any benefits and entitlements;

    (b) engaging third party service providers to perform certain aspects of the services offered by the Club;

    (c) unless you notify us that you do not wish to receive such information, sending you information from time to time through e-mail and post about products and services, promotions and special offers, upcoming events and other information which may be of interest to you;

    (d) customer profiling, market analysis and research purposes to improve our product and service offerings to you;

    (e) notifying you about important changes to the membership program;

    (f) responding to queries or feedback from you;

    (g) enforcing these Terms and Conditions and our legal rights and remedies; and

    (h) for such other purposes as permitted by applicable law or with your consent.
  • In compliance with the PDPA, we will not send marketing messages to Singapore telephone or facsimile numbers belonging to you unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to do so. If you have previously given us consent, we will continue to send you marketing messages until you advise us in writing that you wish to withdraw the consent.
  • Should your membership card be lost, stolen or misplaced, or to effect any change in the member's personal details, members must notify WHC either in-store or via email feedback@warehouseclub.com.sg.
  • Should your card be misplaced or stolen, WHC is not liable for any damage, liability and/or consequential loss incurred including but not limited to membership benefits and/or privileges. A replacement card will be issued at a nominal administration fee of $5 inclusive of GST.
  • WHC may at any time and without liability to you, suspend or terminate your membership and/or, refuse to renew your membership should you (or we have reasonable grounds to believe) have violated or abused any of the terms and conditions of membership.
  • You may at any time cancel or terminate your WHC membership in-store and via email feedback@warehouseclub.com.sg.
  • In the event of an early termination of membership for whatever reason, your WHC membership rights/privileges shall end as at the date of your notification. Under no circumstance is the annual fee (or any balance thereof) refundable and/or transferable to a third party.
  • To make a purchase, your membership card must be presented to the cashier at point of purchase.
  • By providing your personal details, you expressly give us your consent to contact you for promotional and marketing purposes arising from and in connected with WHC via post and/or email.
  • You may decide to opt out of receiving these promotional and marketing information at any time.
  • The Management reserves the right to amend T&Cs without prior written notice to you. For prevailing membership T&Cs, please refer to www.warehouseclub.com.sg. All T&Cs will be updated on WHC's website www.warehouseclub.com.sg as and when changes are made.
  • Other than defective goods, a member may return goods sold for an exchange or ask for a full refund provided they are returned in a saleable condition within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase with the original receipt attached. Refunds will be provided via the original mode of payment. All refunds and exchanges are only available within Singapore.
  • There will be no refund or exchange for all food items, toiletries, cosmetics, earrings, opened bedding and opened technology items. Undergarments are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • For products under warranty, please approach the local authorised service centres for assistance. You shall indemnify and hold WHC and its employee and agents harmless against any liability, loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, arising out of or caused by any breach on the your part in complying or observing these terms and conditions.
  • WHC is a unique standout from the usual retail concept found in FairPrice’s current range of retail formats. WHC is a warehouse retail store that offers irresistible savings through bulk purchases, value packs and exclusive brands. As products are already offered at very attractive price points and exclusive to WHC members only, all WHC purchases will not entitle the customers to current reward schemes, rebates and discounts offered at other FairPrice retail outlets including but not limited to LinkPoints loyalty programme, Just Wine Club discounts, Seniors’ discount, Green Rewards scheme (BYOB rebate), FairPrice member rebates, and any other promotional programs/schemes which FairPrice may introduce therein from time to time.
  • You shall indemnify and hold WHC and its employees/agents harmless against any liability, loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, arising out of or caused by any breach on the your part in complying or observing these T&Cs WHC may at any time and without liability to you, suspend or terminate your membership and/or, refuse to renew your membership should you (or we have reasonable grounds to believe) have violated or abused any of the terms and conditions of membership.
