When will Warehouse Club be closed for renovations?
- Warehouse Club will be closed on 20 March 2024 (10pm) and will reopen in due course as FairPrice Joo Koon.
What offers and promotions will be available at the new FairPrice Joo Koon?
- You will be able to shop at the new store without needing to sign up as a Warehouse Club member. Additionally, you will be able to enjoy CHAS Card promotions, earn Linkpoints on your purchases and enjoy in-store exclusive promotions such as 4-Day Specials.
I am a Warehouse Club Member. What will happen to my membership?
- Renewal for Warehouse Club Membership will stop from 21 Feb 2024.
- The Warehouse Club membership program will cease from 31 October 2024.
- Please trade in your Warehouse Club membership for a $5 off $50 discount voucher at our Customer Service Counter before your membership expires.
Issuance of $5 off $50 Discount Voucher
- Warehouse Club members can trade in their membership for a $5 off $50 discount voucher, from 22 Feb to 20 Mar 2024 at Warehouse Club, or when FairPrice Joo Koon opens till 31 October 2024.
- For Warehouse Club Members who paid $10/$20 for their Warehouse Club membership, you may trade in your membership for a $10/$20 FairPrice Voucher with a 1-year validity.
Redemption of $5 off $50 Discount Voucher
- The $5 off $50 discount voucher can be used immediately at Warehouse Club or FairPrice Joo Koon upon redemption at [collection from] the Customer Service Counter .
- Redemption of the discount voucher is valid till 31 October 2024.
